- Q: What exactly is XZipit?
- A: XZipit is a patent pending Quick Change Panel System that allows you to customize logos or photographs on XZipit furniture and
change them in seconds.
- Q: Can I put XZipit panels on my current furniture?
- A: No. XZipit panels are only compatible with XZipit furniture.
- Q: Who manufactures your product?
- A: XZipit furniture is produced by the top manufactures in their respective markets.
XZipit panels are produced in-house by DreamSeat.
- Q: What are XZipit products made of?
- A: XZipit Recliners are constructed of high quality top grain leather (leatherette sides and back for ease of maintenance). XZipit Suite/Club
furniture is constructed of 100% high quality top grain leather. The XZipit Game Rocker and Home Office Chair are constructed of durable synthetic
leather.
- Q: Are my XZipit panels interchangeable between XZipit products?
- A: Yes. Every XZipit panel is interchangable between all XZipit furniture and accessories.
- Q: How long does it take to change my XZipit panels?
- A: It only takes seconds to switch out panels.
- Q: What teams or Universities are available in XZipit panels?
- A: All NFL, MLB, NHL and NBA teams are available along with the league logos and specialty championship logos. Select Universities
are available and more are to be added soon.
- Q: How can I order additional XZipit panels?
- A: Just go to www.xzipit.com or call our customer service staff at 631-656-1066.
- Q: Can I put my company logo or any other logos on XZipit panels? How about photographs? Are there minimums?
- A: Yes, yes, yes and no. Please contact us directly for pricing to do custom logos or heat laminate photographs. There are no minimums.
We have the right not to print illegal logos or photographs or logos that require additional licensing not currently obtained by DreamSeat.

- Q: How are XZipit products packaged?
- A: XZipit Recliners are packaged in 2 pieces. The back lays flat in the box to reduce damage during shipping. XZipit Game Rockers
and Home Office Chairs are packaged in a box and will require minimal installation. This should take approximately 5-10 minutes.
Suite/Club Furniture is packaged in cardboard and heavy duty plastic wrap. No installation is required.
- Q: Do I need tools to put the back on the base of my recliner?
- A: No. The back slips on the base very easily without the use of tools. It takes about 10 seconds. For your convenience, click here

- Q: Do I need tools to put together my Game Rocker or Office Chair?
- A: Everything necessary for a smooth installation is included with your XZipit product. For your convenience, click here for a
downloadable copy of the XZipit Game Rocker instruction manual or Home Office Chair instruction manual.
- Q: I'm putting my XZipit recliner in a small room and I'm nervous that the chair will take up too much space when I recline.
- A: Fortunately, XZipit recliners have a space saver feature, which is great. You only need to position your recliner inches away
from the wall for it to fully recline.
- Q: What type of leather do you use?
- A: We use top grain leather.
- Q: What is the difference between leather and microfiber regarding durability?
- A: The benefits of leather include increased durability which leads to a longer life, resistance to tears compared to microfiber; it
ages gracefully and becomes softer over time.
- Q: What is the best way to clean my XZipit furniture?
- A: The best way to clean your chair is to use a white cloth dampened with water. If needed, use a water-based cleaner. Never use an
alcohol-based cleaner, as the alcohol will dry the leather, potentially causing it to crack. Use a clean white cloth to absorb spills immediately.
- Q: Are there any special care instructions for the embroidery of my XZipit panels?
- A: The best way to care for the embroidery on your chair is to use water-based cleaners and blot any stains that may appear. Do not scrub.

The term "lifetime" as it is used in the warranty is defined as twenty five (25) years.

- Q: If I place an order today, how long will it take for delivery?
- A: Most XZipit products ship within 48 hours or order.
- Q: Where is my order shipped from?
- A: Orders are shipped from our Commack, NY warehouse.
- Q: Do you ship to Canada or other countries?
- A: Yes. Please call our office for shipping quotes.
- Q: Who ships the furniture?
- A: The XZipit Game Rocker and Home Office Chairs are shipped UPS and the rest of the furniture through common carriers (YRC, ABF, etc.) or
DreamSeat Trucks.
- Q: What are my delivery options?
- A: For products that ship common carrier, there is Curbside, Threshold or White Glove Delivery. Standard delivery is curbside delivery.
Curbside delivery means the common carrier will deliver the product to the customers curb. It is the responsibility of the customer to bring the
chair inside their house/apartment. Threshold delivery means the product will be brought inside the first threshold of the home. White Glove
delivery means the carrier will bring the chair inside, assemble the chair (put the back on it - requires no tools) and remove the cardboard box
and all packing materials.
For products that ship UPS, you can have standard ground service, Overnight, 2nd day or 3 day select. For rates other than standard, please
call.
- Q: Do I need to be home when my chair is delivered?
- A: For all common carrier shipments, yes. The trucker will not leave the furniture outside of your house without an authorized signature.
You will be contacted prior to the chair being delivered to set up a delivery date.
For UPS shipments, your standard UPS delivery system would apply.
- Q: Your company is located in New York. I live in another state, how can I purchase XZipit furniture?
- A: You can order through our website www.xzipit.com, call our friendly staff here at DreamSeat (631-656-1066), or order through one of our
authorized XZipit dealers throughout the country.
- Q: The chairs looks great on the website, but where can I see one and sit in one?
- A: The pictures don't do the XZipit furniture justice. You can visit our showroom in Commack, NY or call us to locate a dealer near you.

- Q: Is there a discount for volume purchases?
- A: If you wish to purchase in volume, please call us and a representative will be happy to speak with you regarding your project.
- Q: The box looks damaged. What do I do?
- A: Sign for the box damaged. It is best to inspect it while the driver is there too. If the product is damaged, refuse the shipment and
call DreamSeat at (631) 656-1066. If there is no damage to the chair, then nothing else needs to be done.
- Q: My furniture just got delivered and I see a defect. What do I do?
- A: Call DreamSeat at (631) 656-1066 and we will be happy to resolve the issue and set up for a repair or replacement. The service
department has representatives all over the country.
- Q: I have had my furniture for a while now, and there is a problem with it. What do I do?
- A: Any problems you have with your chair, call DreamSeat at (631) 656-1066. We will look up your history, assess the problem, and set
up for a repair if necessary.
- Q: Can you supply XZipit products for my Charity Event?
- A: Of course we can! Please call us at (631) 656-1066 and we would be more than happy to discuss our charity program for your event!
- Q: This one actually came in to DreamSeats: "I can't get my 5 year old out of my chair; can I order another one?"
