2. Patent Agreement

1. By authorizing this purchase, you agree to maintain the integrity of the XZIPIT furniture Patent and License for the life of the product. It is agreed all panels used on the XZIPIT furniture by you are manufactured by DreamSeat. This will guarantee the long term life and quality of our XZIPIT products. You understand and agree that the use of any other panel is a violation of our XZIPIT Patent and License.
   
   DreamSeat, LLC will pursue legal restitutions to protect the XZIPIT Patents and License by enforcing them to the fullest extent of the Law.

3. Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on XZipit's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
   1. modify or copy the materials;
   2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
   3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on XZipit's web site;
   4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
